PRESENTER: Dr Mariska Stuurstraat: Rehabilitation Medicine Physician
Dr Mariska Stuurstraat is a Rehabilitation Medicine Physician and a Fellow of the Australasian Faculty of Rehabilitation Medicine through the Royal Australasian College of Physicians. She completed her Doctor of Medicine at the University of New South Wales and later moved to the Sunshine Coast, where she has worked in rehabilitation medicine. Her clinical background includes supporting patients through recovery and functional improvement following illness or injury.

PRESENTER: Dr David Eckerman: Rehabilitation Medicine Physician
Dr David Eckerman is a Senior Rehabilitation Medicine Physician and Fellow of the Australasian Faculty of Rehabilitation Medicine. He specialises in neurological rehabilitation, spinal medicine, brain injury rehabilitation, geriatric and orthopaedic rehabilitation, with particular interests including stroke rehabilitation, spasticity and dystonia management, chronic pain, and neurodegenerative conditions. He has worked extensively in Queensland rehabilitation settings and is based on the Sunshine Coast.
